We offer two tracking scripts to accommodate privacy requirements and use cases: Consent-requiring and consent-free. This document outlines the technical aspects and data collection practices of each script to help clients make informed decisions about implementation.

Implementation recommendations
For optimal tracking capabilities while respecting user privacy:
- Implement the consent-free script on all pages to ensure basic tracking for all users.
- If user consent is obtained, trigger the consent-requiring script for more comprehensive tracking.
This dual implementation allows for immediate basic tracking while providing the option for more detailed analytics when users provide consent.
Privacy and compliance
- The consent-free script is designed to be compliant with most privacy regulations due to its limited scope.
- The consent-requiring script should only be activated after obtaining explicit user consent in accordance with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of these scripts complies with all relevant regulations in their operating jurisdictions.
