Here’s everything you need to know about managing accounts and users on our platform
Account creation:
Users can easily log in to Readpeak.com and are required to fill in specific details. Please ensure the use of the company email for login purposes.
Account verification:
Upon account creation, users will have access to the platform with limited functionalities. To gain full access, their accounts must be verified by Readpeak staff. Verification typically occurs within 24 hours after sign-up. Users can expedite the verification process by sending us a message via the red chat icon located in the bottom right corner. Once verified, users will receive a confirmation email notifying them of their account approval.
Account details:
Once verified, users can proceed to fill in the remaining details by navigating to Settings -> Account .
Account details / Billing information:
To initiate campaigns, users must input their Business ID/VAT ID and provide credit card details. For those preferring invoicing, please contact our support team via chat.
User invitations:
Users have the option to invite new users to the platform by navigating to Settings -> Users -> Invite User.
User Roles:
Users on Readpeak can have different roles, each with specific definitions and permissions.
